Brakes lock up 99 4runner

Hey everyone Im stumped. 99 4runner limited 4x4. With ABS. After driving for 5 to 10 minutes my front brakes lock up. Heres what has already been done.
1. New Calipers
2. New Soft brake hoses front and rear
3. New brake rear pistons
4. New Mater Cylinder
5. New Fluid Dot 3
6. New abs module (Used) but tested working

Im stumped. I have no lights on the dash lit up. Could this be the abs computer causing this, Brake booster which seems to work ok?

Do you mean full lock-up? Like the front tires will not spin at all?
Were the pads replaced at the same time? I'm currently dealing with that issue.

They will spin if I release pressure on the bleeder. And it doesnt start as a full lock up it works up to that after dragging for a minute or two. Could cheap brake fluid cause this Im using wearever brake fluid that I got from Advanced auto parts.

If you hadn't already replaced the master cylinder I'd say that is bad. But you did that already.
