Brakes Seizing

Hey guys, just got my 1st 4runner, and got some problems already. Its a 98, 4cyl.

Front brakes seized up out of nowhere. Had no problems when I bought it, about 3rd day in starts slowly to the point where back tires were almost spinning to get it onto a parking lot. Weird thing, about after 10 minutes of wait, it un-seizes. Took to the shop, they replaced master cyl. Again, couple of days of no problems, today same thing. Waited 15 minutes and it un-seized itself as if never had a problem.

Any help would be much appriciated.

So today I left the car in the driveway, and just run it idle for half hour, and the brakes seized up again. No moving, no braking, just sat there and seized. The master cyl. already replaced. Could this be the brake booster acting up?

After about 20 min, un-seized again. I got it down pretty good now, 10 minutes of driving to seize, 20 minutes of wait to unseize.

So this is where the hose goes into the booster. Its all rusted, and doesn't look solid at all. Could this be the problem? I'm still confused why this would cause the brakes to seize.
