Braking shakes steering wheel II

I read the thread but in my case the steering wheel only shakes above 60 MPH when brake hard... so i don't know if it is the same issue

I'm having this same issue but my front bumper is also messed up and am just kind of assuming that when I brake the wind is pushing and pulling it causing it to shake. But god know I'm probably wrong

Usually if you have shaking in the steering wheel when braking it is due to the rotors being "warped."
