Where is this pic? It looks like this might be a front wheel up near where the line attaches to the upper control arm?
Hard to tell by just that pic. Does it taste like brake fluid? jk lol, but did you touch it with your fingers to see if it's oil, washer fluid coolant, etc?

Lesson: Never text a pic from your car when the sun is in your eyes and your a bit stressed about something. In short, yes I am a moron ... brake.
Yes its the line that is attached to the upper control arm and the line seems to go up to the brake fluid under the hood. The levels are full in the reservoir.
It seems like oil of some kind leaking and very well could be the brake fluid. I assume that is the brake line? I don't imagine it would be too costly to fix?

I think you are probably right. Upon further inspection the leak seems to be coming from the twisted line pictured here in the second pic. This line leads to the break reservoir and there is additional moisture in this are via the engine bay. The moisture is also consistent with what I see in the bake fluid reservoir as well.
Either way I have the dealership looking at it on Saturday AM.

As indicated above, it is also moist in the engine bay in the same area where the brake fluid is. I am thinking that is likely the culprit. Two final questions:
1. I know it depends, but how costly may the fix be?
2. Could an accident where my after-market bumper took 90 plus percent of the impact cause this to happen? Its been a month so its probably unlikely. Any likely cause?

Did you by any chance recently have the truck serviced or an inspection or anything?
Sometimes they open the brake fluid reservoir and test with a ph strip to see if you need a brake fluid flush. Maybe they dripped it down the line?
Without knowing what is even the problem it's hard to say how much it would be.

I had it serviced over a month ago and the cap was on tight. They did leave the radiator fluid reservoir open one time so I am well aware of their short comings.
