Don't just get "OEM Pads", they are not all equal. You want the factory OEM pads, not the dealer service OEM pads. Go here, put in your VIN, and find the right part numbers.

Whatever I got installed at our local Hendricks Toyota dealership are terrible, they squeal on the first few stops and I really grabby/jerky. And lots of brake dust.

Toyota OEM, eventually may be upgrade to a heavier "overland" kit which is pretty expensive but a big upgrade for stopping a heavy vehicle.

What’s the difference between blue and black?
I posted this a while back in another thread, but here's again. Squeaking when breaking.
"Toyota dealers sell two different types of Toyota branded pads for the 4Runners. The cheaper ones (TCMC, have a "Z" in the part number) are to compete with "CornerBrakeShop" and are junk and often generate noise. The slightly more expensive ones are the OEM replacements, which are pretty durable. If you don't ask, they will likely install the cheap ones."

Same here. Used Akebono on my previous Odyssey for many many miles, now do the same on 4Runner. Very happy with how they behave.

So I looked up the blue brake pads 044650320 at this link but it says it’s no longer available. 0446560320 - Disc Brake Pad Set (Front). Pads, MARK, ADVICS - Genuine Toyota Part
Also is this the correct part number for the blue rear break pads 04466-60140?

That's the part number I purchased last time for the rear ones. Looks like the part number for the front pads could still be valid, but out of stock at some places? I would give these guys a call and check availability: 2010-2019 Toyota 4Runner Front Brake Pads 04465-60320 | Toyota Parts Center

+1 on this recommendation. I have used these on my previous 4th Gen 4Runner and these are what I will go with for my 5th Gen when it needs pads.
