Bridgeport Texas off road park

So who's in for Bridgeport tomorrow? Planning on being there at 8:00-8:30. So far it's just 4 of us Toyotas and possibly a Rubicon.
 
Just a heads up - the entrance to Bridgeport has moved. They are now only using the Endeavor Bridgeport entrance. It is accessible by turning onto the Endeavor Bridgeport at the last light before the old entrance.
 
I need to get back up there but have class in the morning I already paid for at Texas Brewing. After that I am going to a buddy's house to wire in my fuse box so I can power my CB.
 
Anyone going out to Bridgeport any time soon? I have no idea what I'm doing, so I don't want to go out there on my own, really.
 
Everyone welcome here? Just got my OHV sticker. I'm a new to wheeling and only did it once at Bridgeport. If you don's have sticker yet you can get them at Collins Bros Jeep in Wylie if you live near DFW area.

This last weekend was great. It was my first time too, and I loved it.

Not sure when the next Bridgeport trip is, but there's been some discussion of a December trip somewhere a little further south.

havent been to bridgeport yet... how are the trails? some of the trails the jeep guys took me on were pretty serious stuff lol. i would be down to do a mini trip one weekend in november or december

The trails vary from a slightly hilly dirt road to rock climbs I wouldn't attempt. There's almost always an alternate route if you don't want to risk something, and it's great if you're with a group of similar capability vehicles.

I could be game for a trip to Bridgeport in early November.

Glad you enjoyed it. It really can be addicting. Next time we can spend more time covering the trails between the power lines and sand pits. We did a few after lunch and they were good. Nothing too crazy but enough that picking the right line and good spotting were a must.

And I love my locker even more now. lol

ill need to check funds... just bought an '87 bmw 528 yesterday, and the miata is supposed to be going to the fabricator for a cage before the end of the month. might need to pick your brain about the e locker too, ive been looking into swapping one into mine
