I'm going to try and lower the pressure to 38. Just drove 400 miles today and I'm considering using the 30 day money back warranty. I'll drive another 2,000 miles this next week. I'll see how I feel then.

As of today (11/20) I am the proud new daddy of a beautiful set of Revo's. They are an amazing looking tire. I have only driven about 10 miles on them but I will deff be looking forward that first snow! The guys at the dealership had never even heard of them (go figure) so I was quick to put in a shameless plug for T4R.org. Even they were impressed with the fact that we have over 10,000 members! I will add more info as I drive more on them.

What made you decide to give up on the revos? Also, why go with the silent armor, why not go with the BFG AT KO's? Finally, I need some clarification on the revos. So they only come on load range P and load range E? Or are they P rated and not C or D rated? Thnx

AT KOs are really poor on wet streets. While I got 53,000 miles on my KOs, and had more to go, I wanted a better street tire. While at the same time I wanted a tire tough enough to take the regular off-roading I do.
The Revos are only offered in P or E at the 265/70/17 size. The P gets flats way too easy, as I used them a lot on my Subaru. The E just doesn't do it for me. Sams Club has a 30 day policy. I took advantage of it. After nearly 4,000 miles of use, I know I wouldn't be happy with the Revo E.
On Tire Rack the Goodyear is now at the #2 position.

So what your saying is that every person on this forum who chose to ditch the dunlops, and get 265/70/17 revos got the P rated revos? That doesnt seem like a good idea considering the T4R is not a passenger car, and if you do heavy offroading or towing your going to over stress your tires. I read on another thread that the revos come in 265/65/17, that would seem to be a better alternative, but not for the T4R if it only comes in P or E rating.
Also you mentioned that the BFG AT KO does not perform well in wet weather. I noticed that the upsized 265/70/17 BFG tire feels heavier than the dunlops, but performs extremely well in wet weather. Just yesterday, we got some moderate rain (the first in I can't tell you how many months) so the roads were especially slick, and the BFG's gripped extremely well. Perhaps our roads differ, or maybe you just found them unsuitable for you.

I think the GY Silent armor come in a "C" rated. Why would you go back to a "P" rated when a "C" rated would be more suiting if you go off road , if not off road then I can see the "P" rated
The GY are'nt really a street tire , they seem to be a pretty decent AT tread tire. Rated well too. I think the tread design of the "P" or "E" rated Revo is less agressive and more of a road tire.IMO
I personally would trade my Revo's in a heartbeat for some BFG AT or the GY S/A. I'm not a "P" rated fan if you do ANY type of offroading. I've been off o/r alot lately mand the make me nervous.
1. They suck in mud
2. To much sidewall flex and not a strong tire IMO.
3. I only find them marginal in snow
4. Good points , smooth ride and handle well in rain,but that could also be that I have full time 4x4
