Broke security lug bolt & the lock socket, options?

I think my lug bolts were over tightened and I broke both one of the anti-theft bolts (groove part) and the key itself (protruded part). Now I'm not sure what to do. Do tire shops can remove and replace them? Maybe I need new set of bolts. Anyone had to deal with that?

I'm not sure what kind of locking lugs you have but the most common ones can be removed with a 12mm socket tapped on with a hammer. If that doesn't work a tire shop can remove it for you.

easy...

you take a socket that's just barely smaller than the outside diameter of the security nut... you know u have the right size when you have to hammer it on with good resistance. Then hit it with an impact. if your socket is sized correctly, it'll zip right off.

Did this 4times when I lost my security lock years ago. Good luck
