Q Quadsbc New member Oct 3, 2014 #2 A- pb blaster soak it over night use a vice grip and try to break it loose. B- heat nut then use vice grips to remove C- cut it flush drill and tap! I've done all three including breaking the welds on the nut holding the bolt and re welding a new nut back on

R Redtoy4x4 New member Oct 3, 2014 #3 grind it flat... drill a pilot hole and run a self tapper up there... other than that should be quick work for a local shop to take care of

J JamesDean91 New member Oct 3, 2014 #4 Go buy a set of easy out bits and some pb blaster, soak it follow instructions on easy out package. If bolt can be grabbed with vise grips try that first with pb blaster.
