ok well i'm about to pick up a 97-00 4Runner and I'm lookin to put on a brush guard and tail light guards but i've heard that the powder coated black ones will rust after a couple years...are there any out on the market that anyone has seen that won't rust?
if you already havent got one yet, dont get the powder coat black one from smitty-built. Mine started to rust about a year later. Gunna take it to get it recoated. I took care of it so i dont know what happened to it.
