Brush Guards

I am considering putting on front and rear brush guards. I was hoping some of you could post pics of the brush guards you have and let me know where you purchased them and who has the best price. (I will also be mounting Hella 500 Fog lights on the brush guard)

I have a 2006 Toyota 4 Runner.

I am thinking about putting on the grey nerf bars on the side.

I like the Westin Safari bar with the PIAA fog lights.

How about some pics of Brush Guards. I like the bull bars(and thanks for the pics), but I want a complete Brush guard. Anyone have pics of those?

I haven't seen the hitch you're referring to. I know that this bumper bar's 2 mounting points are pretty wide beneath the 4R, so it would probably clear the hitch. Your best bet would be to call or email Jason Burtman of Burtman industries (just go back to the site you got that pic from).

Thanks for the reply and I will get in touch with Jason. Below is a pic of the same year/model (even color) T4R that I have with the slightly lower/ wider hitch. Sorry but I can't remember which member to credit the photo to.

Thanks for the compliments. I really do love this 4R....

If you look at the rear shot of mine, there are those 2 rounded "posts" that are on the bumper bar. Those posts just go straight down and mount under the truck. So, if it looks like the hitch you are referring to would fit between the posts, then it would most likely work for you.

It is actually the lower middle horizontal bars that look like they wouldn't allow enough room for the v8 hitch since it sticks out farther and is lower. Thanks again for the reply and now back to the regularly scheduled thread topic...

I don't think the rear bumper guards will fit V8's with the weight distributing hitch. The weight distributing hitch mounts on the frame rails that run the length of the truck, which is where I believe the bumper guards attached. I remember there's a thread that discussed the issue.

Maybe owners with the rear bumper guards can confirm the mounting/attachment points.

Wow Finally someone posted a pic of a brush guard. thanks AlexJet for finally posting one. That is a good looking brushguard. I would love to see any others that people have.
