There's no criteria, if you want so start a build thread then start one. The longer you wait and more mods you have, the more work starting the thread is.
My thread started out pretty boring and lame, way less than your build, but now it has something like 45 pages and 90K views.

I don't build nor is any of my shit custom but I made one because I know if I posted a new thread about shit ive done, there would be more *****ing about that. My style isn't what people here like, I'm ok with that. My thread is mainly me talking to myself and just posting up shit I've done recently. Read it or don't, I don't care. But at least its all logged and organized.

From previous cars i had build/progress threads. It helps chronicle what you have done to your vehicle. It has helped my customers get insurance to pay for aftermarket items damaged from accidents because of time stamps of picture uploads. It has helped on resale of my vehicles. like this car http://tinyurl.com/85mh7z3 i had for two months. I hated green LoL. Its cool to look thru your old posts and see how things progress from then to now.
You never know when you going to move onto another vehicle, or need to reference stuff you have done. Build threads help

I don't think there was ever specific criteria. I basically put mine up so anyone interested in the products I run or installation processes can hit me up if they need help or have questions. Sort of a pay it forward after all the great info I've received from searching the forums and builds.
What actually constitutes a build or a mod seems to vary greatly by person and their skills/abilities/tastes. I like seeing the builds for the pictures and product feedback.

A T4R sticker could always work. I'd say that's pretty good criteria to start a build.
