How many weld hours?
I have a welder but I'm still a noob so I won't be trying this.
I have a welder I've contracted before so I want to get some figures on material and labor before spending this kind of money
How much are people paying to have these pieces cut via waterjet or CNC?
Bandit Runner, Are you still offering these plans? 1997 4runner? TIA.
Do you think you'll ever do a 4th gen build?
Just curious!
Hey Bandit,
I think it was on Yotatech I asked about the rear with swingout. Looks like there's more activity here, and luckily, I stumbled upon this thread...

I gotta say, this is the bumper for me. What needs to happen to order one? Do you have any info/mounting hardware list available for the install? I'm gonna have to do this in stages (main bumper first, swingout fabbed later and left unmounted, latch and securing hardware with final assembly even later in the winter/spring.)

Curious as well! 06 4R
I'm sure if someone bought him a 4th gen to work off of he'd do it
I am new to forums and I don't think my attempts to PM you were successful. I love your bumpers. I'm a sheet metal fabricator. This is right up my Alley. I just purchased my first runner this weekend. A 2000 sr5. I like the front bumper without the tubing gaurds in front of the grill. And I love the rear bumper. And chance you have figured out the swing out spare tire rack yet? If not I can fab one up. Also if possible a rough estimate for quantity of sheets needed so I can price that out. If I have to wait for purchase that's totally understandable.
Thank you for your time and thank you for all the hard work in figuring out a beautiful diy bumper for us hands on guys.
Please PM me if my PM didn't go through. I apologise for any inconveniences. Rookie in the house.

I just bought his plan and ask for some modification. He did the work really fast!!! He gave me a lot of details!! I will have the parts cut by a shop and will weld it myself (I'm a begginner). Really worth the money!!! Thanks again!!!
I'm anxiously waiting to purchase plans for the front and rear.
