Yes, it will.
Awesome, once the weather dries up here in Oregon I may be ready to purchase plans as long as you are still selling them.

are the bumper plans still available?
Hey Bandit I am interested in the rear bumper plans. I like the single swing arm with tire carrier, gas can, and jack holder. I would need to have a hitch receiver as well. I do have a question which is could I still run a 285/75/16 full size spare in the oem location underneath? Allowing me to have one spare underneath and one on the swing out.
Thank you!
Those single full length swing out look great am keen on get a design that includes tyre carrier, highlift jack mount, and removeable jerry can holder so could run your ladder or have it empty.
I’m located in NewZealand woundering if you could private message me and we could check the specs for mountain and diameter with to a Southern Hemisphere 3rd Gen model.
Hi Bandit Bumper, I am interested in getting plans for a front bumper. I didn’t see how to PM so if you could let me know how to contact you I’d Appreciate it. Thanks.
Hello I'm looking for some more info. Sent a pm a few days ago and just wanted to make sure it was recieved. Thanks
hi
For a 2002 4runner front bumper do you have plans that integrate a front hitch through the bumper I am trying to figure out how to put a front hitch on and do a new bumper.
thanks
I am new to this so... anyways, I own a 2002 and a 1997 4runner. I'm looking for a replacement bumper, front and back, for both. Since both are 3rd Gen, I'd be dropping a ton of money for custom bumpers for both. I have a relative that can build them for me if I give him the plans.
Finally finished my Bandit Bumper (color match came out bad and is getting redone). It was well designed, the instructions where good, and it’s definitely heavy duty. I had fun learning to weld and suggest it to anyone who has access to a welder. Jeremy was prompt answering my questions and walked me through as I asked for different options.
