This is extremely difficult to answer because it depends on many different factors. But overall, I would estimate between $200-$400 per bumper.

I’m sure this isn’t what you had in mind; but just a testament to the design of these.

(Yes. The wings are tac’d; but the main beam is welded to the frame supports.)

Do you have a rough idea of a total materials cost?

I had mine laser cut and the steel including the cutting for front and rear ran around $1,200 (not counting the tubes for the front).
