So i had my truck out to my mechanics house for a tune-up.
Motor comp is okay, he said a should run a carbon cleaner through it.
Whats everybodys cleaner of chioce? Lucas, seafoam.etc.
He is changing a brake line, all fluids, and plugs.

The bad is: shocks are going, a rear bump stop has broken off, a trans
mount is missing, and the steering is sloppy (which i already knew).

I would like to lift this with springs and spacers. seeing as that i already need shocks i would rather replace them with extended shocks.

Any recommendations for a lift kit and shocks is welcome.

And the trans mount would the dealer be my best bet for getting this or is there any aftermarket polys available?

Also fourwd1 mentioned steering relay rod recall. would this be part of the sloopy steering?

Well i asked the local toyota dealer about recalls and they said there were no outstanding ones.

Bringing the truck back to my shop probably by tuesday. i'll post some pics of my build.

I'v used Seafoam a few times on my S2000 and the wifes Miata and it worked well. I used a half can through the intake and the rest in the gas tank.
