ok so then how do you change it?

I tried sticking my hand in puling on things then tried taking that screw off the top but apparently there is another screw somewhere still holding it in...

nope, just the one screw on top. pull HARD HARD HARD front-wards. stick a screwdriver behind it if you have to, but be careful you dont hurt yourself or the paint.
