I have an 86 4 Runner that was rammed in the rear....
I've fixed everything but now I need a new bumber. I found one from a 1990.. Will that fit my 86'?

No it won't fit. 1984-1989 (aka 1st gen.) 4runners do not share body parts with any other years/ gen's. You can how ever use a pick-up rear bumper and brackets if you don't mind it not fitting close to the body.
