bumpers interchangeable?

Hi guys. I'm new to this forum and just bought my T4R which I wanted since my teens. It's a 98 limited and wanna start some mods. I was wondering if I can put a 99 bumper on and what modifications will I need to do?

Yes, you'll just need the brackets/hardware too. Try to find someone who has an ARB or similar bumper and see if they'll sell you their stock bumper for cheap (I still have mine, but it's a '97) or just buy an ARB/Shockworks/Armorology bumper if you have the $$.
