unless you can build one it would be hard other thank looking used. Maybe a good priced ARB online somewhere. most if not all are just about 800 and up.

i got mine here. Product A it is custom built so you would have to be in the area more than likely, but you can probably talk to him about an arangement he is good to work with.

I found my ARB used but I had to look and look and look....and look. In the end, it kinda found me - a friend of a friend was parting out some of the off road stuff on his taco. My friend remembered I mentioned something about an ARB and BAM!! $200 w/ a small dent on the underside which nobody's ever even noticed!

Don't know where you are located but sometimes ARB USA in Renton, Washington has scratch and dent stuff.

My buddy got a front bullbar and an airlocker for his 97 Taco for right at $400 each.......bumper had a tiny scratch on the bottom of it he painted and the airlocker was factory reconditioned with the same warranty as a new unit.

nice work hes got there i like the flat top bumper, you must be one of few with 4runner work im guessing? where is he located?

Just a thought, it depends on what kind of protection you want of a bumper or if its just for looks and/or approach angles so keep that in mind. Ive seen some tube bumpers that would just fold if it encountered a collision and ive seen some that hold up same goes with plate bumpers too.

The only company I know that does anything in that sort of price range is CBI Off road. I have seen their work on Tacomas and then a rear bumper they just made for a 3rd Gen.

i believe i was the first 3rd gen he has worked on. most of his customers have earlier runners and tacomas.

a little ways east of Seattle Wa.

his bumpers are quite rugged. a buddy of mine was in a head on collision in his 2nd gen with a badlands bumper installed. the runner was a total loss but the bumper was reinstalled on another rig after being repainted.

try demello offroad. their bumpers are about 600-800 new. since they are out of cali, shipping to wa shouldnt be that bad.

when i bought mine, shipping to TN was still only 70 bucks.
