[MENTION=90103]Mzs14[/MENTION] - This is great news for those that want a simpler install. Did you have to mod anything to do this? Or you just took the bolts out of the bottom of spoiler, and just double side 3m around it?

If anyone has been on the fence for one of these, I suggest ordering soon. Body shop has limited hours right now with this virus and I have 3 of the shelf.

Below are some pics of my rear spoiler installed. A few things to note on install:
-The directions weren't all that great and my body shop agreed with that statement
-My spoiler was missing the "black plastic locator T-strips" mentioned in the directions. When I reached out to Burtman, he texted me a file with a bunch of lines on it. My body shop said they were useless and didn't need them anyway.
-I paid $220 to have it professionally installed and I am extremely satisfied with the results.
-About securing with double sided tape, not if you go off road with it. I wanted mine bolted. The inner mounts are bolted and the wings are secured with tape.

this is my main gripe with this and why i cant bring myself to buy it.
if the mfg had done a decent job with the installation instructions i could determine what and where needed to be drilled (why not use the 6 factory holes and make it a true bolt on part?). i need pictures because im an idiot. this is also not a 'bolt on' part as stated; for a 235-339 dollar 'bolt on' part, you shouldn't have to pay almost as much as the part to have it installed.
this wing is sweet dont get me wrong on that, but im not paying $340 dollars, just to watch it fall off somewhere where i cant retrieve it because i used 3m tape because i couldnt figure out how to bolt it to the damn hatch.
if you make clearer instructions for this, i will buy it.

There are lots of posts on here about this with photos of how to install and youtube videos on it. I searched all over for them when I did this. I wanted to see what needed to be done ahead of time and the photos are on this site. Happy with it and there is less junk on the rear window for me to clean off now

ive searched in the past and i just did it again, and i found nothing. just installed pictures.
i did come across a thread where it looks like someone installed incorrectly as the pictures everyone else is providing doesnt have these tacky looking straps:

that means i am not the only one who doesnt know how to install. burtman already has the write up, all he/she had to do is take a couple of extra pictures for idiots like me. ive even asked for pics directly from burtman and i either get ignored or he/she sends me that same install page with no pictures. i honestly really like the look of this spoiler, but i dont know why i even bother anymore after asking more than once.
What’s the turnaround time if I also want the spoiler painted? Can I pay you with PayPal? I want to use my paypal credit.

UPDATE, body shop is a bit behind with the virus, so anyone ordering these may take 4-5 days to do before they ship.

Just ordered this guy from Jason. Texted him to make sure they were in stock and he actually replied on a Sunday! Can't wait to get it on and will post up pics and a review of the install process. I'll also get pics of the screws from the inside for those who have been asking only to have their posts ignored.

Yes, I used the 3M super strength tape and 3M bonding solution. I’ve had zero problems.
