Bushing rebuild kit?

Recently upgraded suspension to ome 886 and 5100s, and superflex and 5100s in rear. Have noticed recently a clanging noise coming from driver's side front suspension when going over bumps. Is there a bushing rebuild kit available? Or what parts would you recommend replacing? I'm not certain where exactly the noise is coming from in relation to the moving parts of the suspension. Thanks.

energy suspension makes parts/kits for the 4th gen. I don't know much about the parts/company/level of effort required...perhaps others can chime in?

Interested as well, as I am having the same noise. Was thinking it was the swaybar bushings.

It's probably your 5100s bottoming out. They're too short for a 2" spring in the rear.

Aside from that, double check your torque on everything and inspect your bushings while you're doing it.

Big pry bar, floor jacks, jack stands, hammer, bang pull and cycle everything with a helper to identify the squeak. It is a lot of work but still easier than replacing "everything". Replacing with an aftermarket bushing kit or even polyurethane bushing kit will only give you more squeaks in the end. It's something you have to learn to troubleshoot or deal with when modifying a vehicle. I agree that squeaks and rattles suck so I've spent my fair share of time chasing them too, good luck!

Take front sway bar bushings off and grease them. Easy job to do and greasing them will rule them out.
