BVSV part source? 3.0 V6 1993

I'm looking for suggestions on sourcing the BVSV part that is part of the EGR system and connects via vacuum hose to the charcoal canister.
It's a thermo vacuum switch sort of item.
NAPA didn't have a clue and couldn't find it anywhere.
Is there an interchange option?

I ordered mine off the internet, $60 for a Toyota replacement off eBay. Also check partsgeek.com, they have them too. I would stay away from the stealership tho, they wanted over $100. And BE CAREFUL putting the new one in, I know a guy who broke his

ebay . cheaper. try searching terms like PORTED VACUUM SWITCH, BI-METAL VALVE, etc. I'm looking at some similar pieces for $5~10 but it will be a crap shoot

Pick & pay junk yard. priceless ( i.e. free)

I bet this part is NOT toyota specific , but it may be hard to find specs on temperature & operation.

There might be some ID numbers on the valve that lead you down the generic path.
A slotted socket is probably worthwhile to avoid breaking , if a wrench wont do.
Where is this thing located?

The part number on the 4 banger parts I took off at the junk yard are very close and only the last two digits are different. They were under $5.00 each.
The brand is something like "Aisin" and the part number on the 3.0 is 90925-0547. The part number on the 4 cylinder is -0558(?)
