C/V Boot Failure

Hi I have a 2007 SE 4Runner. I keep having a lot of problems with my pass. side C/V boot clamp. I am now on my third one they keep replacing them and they keep breaking off. I am now out of warrenty (43K) but the service manager is extend my warrenty on this item.

I have gone through 3 since 30k. Any ideas why this is happening? Any one here had this problem also?

BTW- The second time they did the boot and the clamp, clamp still broke! Grrr...

If they are replacing just the clamp, I would see if they would replace the whole CV shaft.
