I dunno if this actually means anything as to the shape the box will be in when it actually arrives but fedex got me worried about a little note they put on the tracking info.

My sliders Came in and they look freaking fantastic. Infact they already got a coat of primer! However im pretty sure Fedex made a bust of your box...
But the other 100 boxes inside held up great[emoji1] [emoji1]

So we have now switched to shipping these sliders freight instead of ground. It took us a few days to get FedEx to lower their freight costs enough for us to ship that way. The shipments will still go to your house. The driver will call you ahead of time and figure out when they can drop off the shipment.
We did this for a few reasons:
-Its easier for us to package them for freight instead of ground.
-There should be a lot less chance of possible damage when they ship freight.
-We have been working on cutting down our freight costs for a while and this GB helped us do that since we can guarantee about 100 freight shipments with them over the next couple months.
This really shouldn't change anything for you guys when you receive your product, you would need to be home to sign for a ground package just like you would need to be home to accept the freight delivery.

Moderators can't change names. Only Admin can. If you have already sent a message to Toyota 4Runner Forum - Largest 4Runner Forum - View Profile: admin then just be patient. It took a week or two for mine to be changed.

used this brand plus the hammered texture for the steps
5 1/2 cans of primer
9 cans of the flat black
and like half a can of the clear for the steps
My first experience painting metal that will actually be seen by other people I think it turned out fairly good if i say so

Then went back for one more coat after letting them dry for 2 days. Wiped them down and sprayed. They crinkled fml. Sanded them the next day. Wiped them down with just water. And bam crinkled again. Off to the powder coater they went.
Long story short. I like that color. But ended up not getting it lol.
