Cabin water leak

Has anyone ever experienced a water leak coming in from the passenger side dash? Only occurs in heavy rain. I've checked my windshield seal and sun roof gutters. No luck. Thanks T4R Gurus.

Do you have the moon roof? It could be a clogged or loose drain tube. My truck had the same issue and that is what it turned out to be...

This used to happen to me. Then I realized I was running the ac at the time. Check your cabin air filter next time this happens. It should be soaked. Kinda bullshit design. But you gotta turn the air off when it rains real hard.

I do have the moon roof. I looked into and did not see a tube but there is a drain hole that I shot some compressed air down. Didn't help.

I actually just checked my cabin air filter. it was filthy as hell but dry as a bone. Mine happens when my car is just sitting in the driveway. It hasn't happen while operating yet.

I recently bought my 4R and when it rained or the car was washed, water would leak into the cabin. Pulled the door trim out and found that a mouse chewed a hole into the drain tube near the sunroof drain. I'd pour some water down your drain to see if you get your water leak, if so, inspect the whole drain tube for holes.

That is exactly what I did. Used a funnel and poured water down the drain hole. Ended up doing just like you said, taking the trim off and refastening the tube. Someone else on here also mentioned running a length of string trimmer line down the tube. Compressed air could blow the tube loose if you are not really careful. What I would do is just start by pouring some water down the drain and see if you get water inside...
