Got some 265/75/16 KO2s put on. Wow they are a good tire.

Love these K02s, and my back yard. Went on a little drive, ended up the road was worse than expected.

Almost got seriously stuck here.

Road had a little water running down it.

As it turns out locked diffs don't help much when your axles are buried in quick sand.

Nice truck, glad you were able to save it! Good call on the white letters out on the KO2s. I wish more tires, especially bigger ones, had white letters as an option. I'm looking at new tires and the only ones I can get with white letters are the KO2 in 275/70/17 and in a 34x10.5r17.

I totally agree, I like the white letters out. I like that the Ko2s have solid filled letters. If they were just outlined like normal I would have put the white in. I love these Ko2s. I had the BFG 255/75/17s before and I think these do just as well if not better in the mud.

I'd love to! But the problem normally comes down to the fact that the calipers and rotors are expensive to ship. So after shipping, then the cost to ship the cores back to use, I don't know I'd be competitive to a local place. You can pm me though if you want some pricing.

I just ordered Tundra B5100's front and rear (24-261425, 24-100144). I picked up some 2016 4runner TRD shocks and springs for $100 on Craig's List. I'm going to see if I can make them work, seems like some people have had some success doing this. I'll make sure to post up some details :flame:

Front shocks will not work. Rear shocks are too long, but otherwise fit (similar to other long shock options, you need bump stop spacers). F/R springs fit. I have seen ~2" lift reported...

I just got a set of '14 Trail Premium suspension to use the springs...

That's why I ordered Bilstein shocks to pair with the springs.

The 2015 TRD Pro rear springs got installed, along with Tundra 5100 Bilsteins.

There wasn't any difference in the height of the springs, but they felt stiffer and increased ride height about 1 inch in the rear. Which is perfect for me.

Interesting enough I found a battery inside the top of the mount. Not sure how it even got there.

Also got my es300 steering wheel installed. Just for future generations, the 1997-2000 es300 is a direct fit if you have the lexus wheel and air bag.
