Just came into TX. Drove in from California and it is way too much asphalt for me. Do you guys get out often? The SoCal crew had monthly outings, mod days and meetups.

Welcome to Texas! I moved out here from Sacramento back in 2001. What part of this great state are you in? If you're in DFW, Bridgeport is a pretty decent spot to get some dirt under your tires.

I am in Frisco, at the Hidden Cove area. Supposedly my house is near a spot that was awesome for mudding but the new houses just prevented access.

Unfortunately most of the land in TX is privately-owned, so there are only a few places available: Ride Texas ? Texas Parks & Wildlife Department
