It's not difficult finding data points to support Thai's sentiment but as for being the 6th largest economy...that's much more debatable and is heavily skewed by the tech industry in the US largely being based there. People are tired of the liberal bullshit and California continues to champion polarizing issues like sanctuary states. California's economy is an unsustainable bubble just like the housing market in the majority of the US was until 2008. You would think that having crappy houses that cost half a million bucks would be a problem that would resolve itself and it most likely will in time.

There is a big problem in this country that the politicians can't seem to handle. There are laws that are not followed. Obama was just as bad as Trump at following them. California should lose its Federal funding or go to court to try and keep it. Illegally here is an issue, get in line and follow the proper course of action. If you are caught and deported, go to the back of the line.....How is this even an issue?? The girl shot on the pier never should have happened. Well, where I am in Cali the "beach" requires a wetsuit most of the year and snowboarding is in Tahoe. God help you if you leave on a Friday, you'll never make it in one day from the Pacifica to S. Lake Tahoe.

I live in CO and was born here. My family goes back to the original Arapahoe Tribe that inhabited this land and the Homesteaders/pioneers that first came here.

I can tell you first hand that the Californians moving here are a plague; locusts that have changed the very political and physical landscape of this once great state.

They are also doing it to Arizona and Texas.

it's similar to what has happened to NH over the last 40 years. we have been invaded by disenfranchised MA-ssholes who don't want to live in liberal MA anymore, but they certainly want to bring MA politics, groupthink, and problems with them to the NH communities they invade.

Colorado is a south western state and has always has a certain heritage and feel to it that was changed with big money from CA and NY to be more of a liberal/progressive state.

They came here and changed it to a microcosm of their home states.

It sucks.

I don't even care about the high housing prices because I bought several properties before the rush and crazy price hikes.

I just care about being able to do the things I love and have a right to do without some ******* regulating it, taking it away or throwing their trash all over it.

I don't even go to the mountains anymore. I go camping only in the most remote locations that are incredibly hard to access and virtually unknown and I stay at home more than I ever used to due to the amount of *******s here.
