Camera, GPS, and Audio problems

Thanks in advance for any help with this. Our 15 TEP back up camera started going in and out, at the same time we had audio issues when the volume on the radio would only play maybe 10% when up all the way. GPS is not linking. It’s all working okay for a day or 2 then the camera is not, then the GPS is intermittent. Would a wiring harness in the lift gate control all of these issues?

What do you mean "GPS not linking?"

I'd be looking at a bad/loose connection at the back of the radio, but the I don't understand your GPS issue.

Maybe a software issue?

Have you tried disconnecting car battery for a few minutes and reconnecting it and seeing if it somehow resets settings on the unit or something.

Or do a factory reset if that's possible?
