can 15" rim fit on my 01 4 runner????

hey i have 16" rims on now but im wondering will 15" rims fit on my 01 4 runner........ . . .doing this to save money on tires

will 33'' tires fit on my 4runner and how much triming do i have to do to fit them?

i dont think it will work usually 4runner with the 16inch rim have bigger brake brakes means the calipers and rotors are more beefier so using 15's it might not clear.

If it is a Limited model or a Sport model, no they came with larger brakes. I have 15" wheels on my 2001 SR5. Larger bakes were a option on the SR5. When they put the 16" wheels on the model, sometimes the brakes were up-graded sometimes they were not. If you have a SR5 I would suggest trying to find the original invoice or have a mechanic look at the front brakes. My quess is you probably have the larger brakes with the 16" tires.

unless you have a lift, the largest tire you are gonna be able to fit in there is a 265/70/16 with no rubbing, im lifted 2.5" and i fit 33"s with minor rubbing
