Can an Auto dimming rearview mirror with compass be bought for a 2001 4Runner? My 4Runner was purchased with a standard rearveiw mirror.

Not 100%, but I'm pretty certain that you can.

Toyota Guys (aka Brandsports) has it listed for the 2001 here

Performance products has it here , just plug inyour make model and year at the top.

And this may help if you decide on buying.

I'm sure another member will be able to give you a more definite answer.

yup...i installed one on my 2000 sr5...it took a while, but it was easy as long as you follow the instructions carefully!
