can anyone tell me where this goes

so i saw this hose looking thing, and i have no idea were it goes there is no sucktion on it, or air coming out of it, it runs really really good without it, i dont know if there is something that is suppose to go there, and if there is, then were? any help thank you guys!

it is on a 1995 4runner 3.0

that thing is on the front passager side, near the battry, its by the fuse box under the hood

and no it is not the AC outlit

Do your different heater setting work? Defrost, feet upper vents?

Yeah they do, it just takes sometime to kick in tho

Ill check my car tomorrow and see what I see and let you know. It maybe heater control

maybe because it does take a little to kick in, its like right behind the fuse box, the smaller one, ill show you a photo, so you know were to look. hope those help, im not sure if you can see it, but i can, just have to look hard

Ok so sorry it took so long but it goes to a t-fitting with the other line that is next to that one.

i dont see any one spots on that T-fitting, unless the owner before me put a wrong line somewhere?
