Can I disable the door opening chime?

The single chime that rings every time I open the car door (pror to ignition and after shut off) drives me crazy. There's absolutely no need for it. Is there an option to disable it?

If referring to the one on your key -fob , yes but @ dealership or local mech. if has diag. tool & correct me if I'm wrong panel 4th or 5th gen only ? Seat belt under seat .
