i have a 94 t4r with a blown head gasket...heard it is tough to do ...i have a low mileage vortec v 6 in storage can i swap gm into t4r with auto trans? if so anyone have info on how to :thanks:

Look over on yotatech... There are a few step by step pictorial threads on the top end rebuild. It's a big job on the 22RE, but it's a huge job on the V6.

I don't know how long the auto would hold up behind it if it's the 4.3 V6, but AdvanceAdapters will have everything you need for the swap.
