Can I remove these bolts without taking apart transmission?

I’m swapping my r150f with a rebuilt transmission and I’m transferring parts and brackets to the new unit. Two of the brackets are secured with bolts that hold the transmission together in the middle. The parts that’s secured with the red liquid gasket material. Can I back these bolts out and put on the brackets without causing a leak?

You should be fine to remove the bolts in order to transfer the brackets over. I would recommend doing 1 bolt at a time just to be on the safe side.
