Can I swap stock spoiler for one of those aftermarkets?

I like the flat spoiler better and really like the light on the underside. You guys know if this would be a direct swap i.e. no new holes?

I've always wondered the same thing. If someone can find pictures with the stock spoiler removed, we could probably figure it out just by looking at the pics.

It says " Spoiler is OEM certified as a factory replacement"

Then again..it IS ebay.
