Can someone help me with the repair manual? I can’t get it to open

I started a thread the other day about my drivers-side, back door window which stopped working. The quotes I’ve received to replace the motor are ridiculous so I’d like to see if I can do it myself but I can’t get the repair manual to open correctly, and I tried on both my PC and on my MacBook...

Can anyone help me figure out how to open it or send me the pages on replacing that motor?

The trick is to type the code exactly as it is shown: i.e. pay close attention to upper case and lower case, and note the difference between the number zero (0) and the letter oh (O). If you have it all correct, it will download.
