Can you buy OEM painted sideview Mirrors?

Someone got too close to my vehicle on the side of the street and busted my mirror. Can I buy an OEM painted replacement from Toyota still?

I just entered in a "2009 V6" since you did not specify the year/model of your 4Runner.

It might be more cost effective for you to search on eBay, Craigslist, or a local auto recycler for a replacement side mirror.

What side and what color?
All vehicles run on used parts. I would search the salvage yards before paying OEM prices.

My glass is perfect but the housings have lost maybe 50% of the paint on the top. It looks like the plastic is kind of pock-marked where the paint has peeled. I wonder if there was a defect with the prep at the factory. Is this a common issue with these mirrors. I haven't noticed much mention from others like this.

I had a body shop paint mine. It was about $150 for both mirrors. After playing on some tight trails over the weekend I am thinking about taking it back and having them spray rock guard on the housings to give them a little more protection from tree branches
