Can you identify these wires (battery)?

Anyone know what the red wires on the battery are for? I didn't notice them on the other 4Runners I've seen. I first thought it might be for an aftermarket stereo installation but this is a Limited with Toyota Navigation.

Hard to tell where they go from the pic, try tracing them and see where they go, at least which direction, bumper, into the vehicle, etc. Definitely not stock

Thtat doesn't look factory. I would guess something like an amp, or winch or something? It's pretty heavy gauge wire, so it would be for something pretty big

This 4R is at a dealer lot, haven't seen it in person yet. It looked like it had potential but those wires have me a little concerned.

As long as whatever it is was installed properly, I wouldn't be too worried.
