On my 02 4-runner sport I have Thunder Cloud exterior paint and gray interior.

On my console that is around the gearshift lever I have a couple areas that the gray has rubbed off and black is showing. I would like to purchase some touch up paint. I went to my local dealer and they told me that Toyota does not carry interior touch up paint.

Does anyone know where I can get it?

You can try hobby paint like Testors. They have every color imaginable (plus matte or clear coats), I'm sure you'd find a match. In my younger years I use to build models and Testors is pretty durable. Hell, why not take the shift gate / console out and spray it a brand new coat or color?

My buddy's 3rd gen however, he just swapped his shifter gate and lever for a third party altogether. Purely for looks though. Got it from a local speed shop in Japan Town.

I've never seen or heard of interior touch-up paint.

You could take the trim piece off and try to repaint it, or order a new trim piece. There is probably hobby spray paint that will work good on plastic.

Thanks for the reply... are they hard to remove?
