Canadian Nav (Entune?) Update???

I'm looking to update the head-unit (and maybe play around at making some software modifications if I can have peek into the update file). I've tried the instructions for the 3.2 Entune update from here:

...but the head-unit did not do anything after plugging in the USB drive.

Are there any other Canadians here that have managed to update their head unit? I'm not even sure what to call it...I know Entune isn't available in Canada, what is it called then?

Do you have the files? All the links I have tried say the limit has been reached for dropbox and I'd like to try it on my '14 SR5 and see if I can get it to go...

Well, for any other Canadian reading this thread...

It looks like the update is a complete no go for us. Tried flash drive, CD & DVD with no luck

um doesn't the canuck version all have HD radio's in them?

if so the update file will never work.

My 2014 TE has an HD radio in it. The upgrade was a no go.

well if you look in the original thread it specifically states it will NOT work on a HD radio.

Well that's very unfortunate. I haven't had any further success either. Toyota Canada was completely useless when I sent them an email.

I'm having issues loading SMS text messages to my head unit : 2014 TE. Do I need to do an update? Do CDN 4runners need a special app? I have a 4s phone I'm trying to connect.
