I certainly don't want to start a V6 vs. V8 thread, but I drove both and the difference in acceleration was very minimal, if any, and maybe I'm the only one that notices this, but when I switch from four-wheel to two-wheel my V6 seem to handle better. Two-wheel handling is more responsive. If I were to do a lot of towing I certainly would get the V8, but what if gas goes to $5.00 a gallon like in Europe? That 1 or 2 MPG will make a big difference in your pocket. I'll close by saying if money were not an object I would get the V8, but both are great engines. Oh, and by the way, I went and checked out the new 2006's and it's just my opinion, but those new fender wells make the wheels look so much smaller. I personally don't care for the new look, but again, that is just my opinion.
