Can't figure out where wire goes.

I can't figure out where this wire goes... It's killing me. The car starts/runs fine but I know I should have it plugged in. Just did an engine swap. I haven't even been able to find a picture of it... Any help if much appreciated. There isn't a spot for it on the top, and I haven't seen any place that it goes. Doesn't go far, the cord is pretty short.
