I bought my 4Runner from them 2 years ago. The purchasing process was pretty average.
I then started to service my 4R with them, and my initial experience was not the best. They didn't seem to understand the new 4R, nor what I wanted them to do. After some initial conflicts they started to improve. They have finally killed the squeek in my front seats, the moonroof rattle seems to be gone and they stopped second guessing my complaints. On my last service they replaced the stereo HU as the CDs didn't swap properly and they replaced my rear gas shocks on the tailgate. No problem. They also managed to sort out my front wheel alignment. Seems like they have some new management, as everytime I go there I get a follow up call.
Ask for Brain or Randy for service writers. They are really good.
So from an initial thumbs down they have gone to a thumbs up. They seem to know my drill by now; "Customer's own oil in back and the empty Mobil 1 oil bottles go in the back again"
