Car audio/stereo install nerds, please help

Rig: 07 4x4 V8 SR5

Spent all day today removing the stock stereo and installing a Kenwood DPX502BT. Fired up and worked first try. Had no idea I was going to be soldering, connected all the like-colored wires and left the orange wire alone as well as the blue ones.

The only issues I have now:

-The key fob wont lock the truck anymore, it just long beeps as if I pressed the lock button with the door still open.

-The power windows don't automatically roll all the way down by themselves anymore, I have to keep the button pressed until they're all the way down.

-Haven't noticed anything else unusual yet.

Not serious problems but it would be nice to get these fixed. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

On the original stock stereo there was a 1/4" jack alongside the (i believe) the antenna 1/4" jack, but on the Kenwood there was only an input for the antenna jack, and not whatever the other jack was for (wasn't labeled).

Also on the original stereo there was a total of 3 wired plugs, only 2 of them had the wires to connect to the Kenwood so I just left the 3rd wired plug from the original stereo hanging.

Was the battery disconnected during the installation? (I'd hope so) - If so, at the very least the windows should be a simple fix. They 'self-learn' from what I know and will start working by themselves.

I think you can also 'train' them by holding the window button down and then up again, and they should start functioning. (This goes for the sunroof and rear hatch as well)

As with the lock beep, as simple as it may seem - made sure all the doors are closed? Can you manually lock the truck by pressing the button? I've lost my mind over the long beep before and it turns out the back door had the seat belt lodged into it JUST enough for it to not close properly.

Something is left open on your rig. Door, hood, or rear hatch.

Gotta relearn the windows. Same for rear hatch window and probably sunroof.

OEM radio uses dual antennae's. Aftermarket only supports the main antennae. You may notice decreased radio reception/quality. There's a few threads with ideas on how to fix.

3rd plug is probably steering wheel controls.

Walked out to my truck ready to check all the fuses and reset my key fob and decided to check the rear hatch first real quick. Dear god I feel like an idiot. Everything works as normal now. Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Side note, the kenwood dpx502bt is awesome and actually made my system sound way better.
