not sure if this is a problem anyone else has had or not, but i thought id post it anyways...
i have noticed on more than one occasion, that there is water on my toneau cover (when covering cargo area) - usually after rain, or if there is snow on it and it melts....its a minimal amount, and i noticed a few drips on my rear cargo area speaker on the left side, near the ceiling....ive always just thought damn i left the rear window open, or i had it opened briefly and water must have got in....
i took it in today after several months, and asked them to check it....they found a definate leak, and they showed me where it was coming from...
if you open your tailgate, on the left side there is a rubber boot/harness that enters the gate, and the body of the car, just above the rear headliner....where the boot meets the frame, thats where its leakin!
anyways they have to order me a whole new part, which is now on backorder...
if anyone else has noticed this, now you know the problem...took me several months to figure it out...
