Cargo net

I just ordered a Cargo Net from USAToyotaParts.com. I have one question though, I looked on my 99 limited and I don't see how it will connect on the top. The cargo tie downs are there for the bottom, but the only thing up top is the plastic attachment for the cargo shade/cover. I know this is not a big deal, but while I'm waiting for it to arrive, the curiosity wil drive me crazy.
