Carpet replacement

Anybody ever replaced the front and back floor carpet in their 4R? How hard is it to remove/replace seats, etc? Any suggestions for where to buy the replacement carpet? Trying to decide if this is a diy job or should I have an upholstery shop do it. Thanks

taking the carpet out is pretty darn easy. its just takes time. you can buy pre-mold carpet to make it easier to install, or else you will have a PITA to install. The carpet is one big piece.

i have changed out the carpet on the Supra. i got the carpet off Ebay awhile back.
