catalytic convertor?

Just curious if the 2010 has a catalytic convertor. The reason I'm asking is that someone in my neighborhood with a 1995 4Runner woke up this morning and someone had cut the catalytic convertor off of the bottom of their truck. I think it's because the convertors have platinum and/or paladium in them which can fetch some bucks. I'm wondering if that's something a 5th generation owner has to worry about. For those of you wondering, yes, I'm from New York where people actually invented crime. So most of you probably don't have to worry about this either way.

all vehicles made from 1975 and onward running on gas have a catalytic convertor. Yes the 4runner has one two. Apparently it is pretty hard to get to. This is what I remember in reading one of Harpers posts. I will have to check where mine is under the gx. Hopefully its covered by the skid plates

Sorry New York, but the criminals in California have been cutting and selling cat converters for as long as I've been old enough to drive. In fact, they'd hit apartment complexes and swipe them off trucks and certain model cars, collecting 10 -15 a night. They didn't invent this particular crime in New York :hatsoff:
